It feels good to run again!

This week has taught me a lesson. I need to work on the "it's too hot" excuse. Especially when that heat gives me two days of migraines.

Tonight I left my run as late as I could until the evening cooled. It was much more pleasant ... But I definitely still felt the heat.

Does this qualify for a beetroot award?



I made myself keep the run to 3k because of the heat. But I ran it harder. And I sprinted the last 200m hard. As in my final pace was 5:41 min/km. That's a sprint for me.



It felt amazing to run. It just felt natural and smooth. I am so glad to be back.
