This is not an excuse.
This is my favourite running track in town.
In flood.
However, I AM going to get my 500 Calories burnt today. Somehow. It's like death by a 1000 cuts getting them up.
I'll report back later when I manage to do it
Yikes!! perhaps swimming is an option to burn the 500cals? :)
