Paul came home after work this afternoon ... And there was stll enough daylight left to run!!
Until winter came, my favourite time to run was late afternoon. I didn't need to worry about work, chores, childcare ...i could just go ut and run u til it was dark.
And today I finally could run late afternoon again.
It wasnt fast. It hurt. I didn't run all last week and I paid for it ... And there were some extra hills in there too...
But it was fun.
Nothing nicer than getting home just as the sun is setting.
And the days are only getting longer from here!!
