Some weeks too many little slip ups sneak in.
There have been far too many lately. Add to that the fact I am waking sore and tired and feel stiff all day ... Not happy.
Time for a challenge and some pampering. 3 perfectly on track days ( i can do perfection for three days!) and my rewards ... A pamper session at the end!!!
Now to book it ... Massage or pedicure??
