I ran mid afternoon and in the sun it felt like spring!!!
My breathing is a still not feeling great, i still feel a little chesty after being sick, but it feels good to run
4k and most of it felt pretty good!
And i have the beetroot face to prove how hard i worked! Hot, sweaty and feeling alive!
