Hey Kath, it does sound impressive doesn't it? I lost "75lb" :) Hey, go for the last 5 and then some. Don't let any preconceived notions be a barrier - you can do it :)
Thanks liz. Yep naming it the "last 5" is just to get it out of my mental space. Im losing that 5kg ... Then reassessing and setting new goals. This is one time "final" might not mena FINAL
